1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mag888 ("mag888", "the Company", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using the mag888 platform at mag888.win, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

mag888 reserves the right to request documentation verifying your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by mag888 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the mag888 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must promptly update any information that changes. mag888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the mag888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mag888 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Hong Leong Bank FPX, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to availability.

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all Promotions unless stated otherwise:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mag888 platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or funds derived from illegal activity.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the platform to conceal the proceeds of crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access your account.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

mag888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The mag888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

mag888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a regulatory directive to do so.
• Player has self-excluded or a responsible gaming intervention has been triggered.

Upon termination for cause, mag888 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances. Verified real-money balances (net of any applicable deductions for fraudulent or bonus-abuse-related offsets) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following investigation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mag888 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
